"Dead" Waiter Surprises Family Before Funeral

Hamdi Hafez al-Nubi, of Luxor, suffered a heart-attack while working.  His family, according to their Islamic customs, took him home and washed the body so that he could be buried Friday evening.

The doctor charged with signing the death certificate found his body still warm and announced that he was, in fact, still alive.  The doctor was able to revive him, and then proceeded to revive his mother who had fainted.

The article does not mention if the doctor stayed for the funeral turned celebration.
